 A Nostalgic Christmas Party

With the 8 Days of Christmas Liqueurs.  There will be one ghost story with which you can partake of one liqueur of your choice.  You could build it into the end of your dinner and have with de caff coffee and a liqueur chocolate.

The Nostalgic Christmas Party is 8 days off from the slimming calendar to enjoy Christmas festivities.

Then there will be Sindy not so dry January detox, where you makeup up for Christmas indulgencies in a pyramid scheme.  Depending on how much you have indulged you may not have to stop drinking at all, but still balance out your indulgences.  So it will stop me getting boring and I can still do weekend parties.

The Nerd researched dry January and it doesn't exist it is a psyop or something?

Not so dry January might help you to drink responsibly knowing you will be detoxing any alcohol you have over the moderate drinking guidelines.

I'm doing it anyway now for this reason rather than getting drunk then drinking nothing in January.

I agree with teenagers doing that so I'm not a party pooper, but been there and done that and this is how I roll now.

If you like the idea it will be there for you in January and I'm doing it.

Below is my christmas contribution which will load up into weekend TV along with some vintage viewing.

Guess people will be watching mainstream tv or be with family and friends or so forth, so this is my little contribution if you find yourself at a loose end.

We are doing all of them as we didn't purchase digital TV.

I have bought ad free you tube and really happy with it.

Just get advertising I choose now in my subscriptions.

Below is my little contribution that loads up during the 8 days of British Christmas.  It is at 9pm, but you can watch it anytime really.

Loading up loads of vintage tv also so watch the space on Weekend TV.

We are just gonna rest and watch tv.

A SUMMER HOLIDAY PARTY ABROAD This idea is something just about everyone wants I would guess.  The dream destinations will obviously vary, but it is one of the reasons we work hard so we can travel to sunnier climes than Britain and have well-earned rest and luxury. Saturday Food The idea is either: 70's buffet party, which could include Swedish food.    Not sure if Ikea is back fully yet, but when it is there are loads of party ideas available.  I actually once impressed a snobby foody by making  hors d'Ĺ“uvre  from Ikea products, shocked myself but it did.  Suppose I did get Home Economics at school.  Until Ikea is back you can just get whatever there is at the supermarket. Then serve with a 70's alcohol like Mateus or Cinzano or of course Swedish vodka.  Found two beers at Ikea so maybe it will be back soon.  We used to buy a lot of their alcohol. pinterest.com/saphireblack/homemaker-tips/an-august-summer-holiday-abroad-party/ or...
A September Island Holiday I got this idea from Japanology. Then thought of Island Holidays around the world. I find this subject a challenge as someone like me isn't supposed to dream of holidaying beyond designated holiday destinations within my class or status. I moved from working class to middle class and not sure what I am now. Have studied this one as for instance Japan is classed as an Island which I didn't know. Britain is an Island but I did that with British June. Ireland is an Island independent of Britain. Decided to feature this instead. Another place I'd like to visit.  A tarot friend of yore recommended Dublin and The Crowley deck ~ she was right about the Tarot deck. Also, we love Irish coffee ~ you can also make calypso coffee. Saturday food Japanese or Hawaiin Japanese  I would recommend Wagamma, which is a Japanese restaurant or Hawaiin https://uk.pinterest.com/saphireblack/a-september-island-holiday/saturday-hawaiin/ If you are struggling to get food yo...
80's party easy access post Used to do this on Tumbler but it wasn't working properly last time so giving this website a try instead.  Have added advertising to make this legal. Just add your 80's fayre, whatever you can get at the moment, till things get better, your favorite 80's tipple, (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) and sit back and enjoy your fave film, will put my film recommendations on here but you can browse Pinterest for loads more 80's film and Tv choices.  Then get up and have a dance in your living room to a top of the pops party and take in some or all of the concerts.  In the COVID lockdown, we stayed up all night till the Waterloo sunset.  Lastly ~ enjoy!!! Saturday  These are my film recommendations ~ there are more in pinterest.  You can also try these two looks out in the 80s party fashion folder. Get up and dance off the food and drink to the top of the pops or drink water and get fit and loose weight, You can opt to celebrate all nig...
