Saturday Food
Pizza followed by 70's snacks and drinks
This idea is from Abigails Party where the hostess Beverly has pizza for tea, then party snacks in the evening with her guests.

Highly recomend this with Asti or your favourite 70's drink
Asti Spumante was popular in the 1970s. It was often seen as a cheaper alternative to Champagne.Explanation
- Asti Spumante is a sweet, aromatic, sparkling wine from the Piedmont region of Italy.
- The first sparkling Asti was produced around 1870 by Carlo Gancia, who studied the Champagne method.
- Gancia's original name for the wine was Moscato Champagne.
- In the 1970s, Asti Spumante was a popular celebration drink in the UK.
- Asti Spumante is light, floral, and low in alcohol.
- Asti Spumante is often enjoyed with afternoon tea.

Sunday Food
Have to say we would have prawn cocktail, steak and chips then black forest gateau. The news says you still can't get steak, so we are opting for Indian with side dishes, poppadoms and naan.
I got into Vindaloo from the last time I watched the good life.
Mr Axelfords Angel has a scene in a 70's Indian restaurant, also Black forest gateau is really popular in India
Have collected up some 70's recipes if you can get these ingredients where you live and can cook on your hob.
